divorce from diff. location

As currently my sister is in banglore and they were married in pune and were residing in pune.But due to conflicts she has got transfer to banglore and staying alone.Now how can she fill divorce from banglore as it is not possible to here to go to pune.

Yes she can file the case from Bangalore itself.

a spouse is entitled to file divorce petition at any of the following three places ;

(a) place of marriage

(b) place where the opposite party is living;

(c) place where the parties lived together last, prior to separation;

Try to file a case at Bangalore as a special case and see if court permits the same.

As you have not written that whether your sister's marriage comes under which Act whether Special Marriage Act or Hindu Marriage Act, though I am repling you that your sister can file a Matrimonial suit before the Family Court at Bangalore U/s. 13(1)(ia)(ib)(3A) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

You can file in Bangalore but you have to convince the court that why you are filing from here like you have job in Bangalore, etc.
