Re: divorce

Go for a mutual consent divorce. It is the best possible legal remedy in the given circumstance. Contact personally or through email for more details if in Delhi/NCR.

Re: divorce

I have gone through your query.

Ask him to file divorce before the court of law. If she is ready to handover the child to your friend then there is no need of file any petition before the court of law for custody of child. She also can claim maintenance from your friend. But I suggest your friend try to compromise the matter if she is willing to join.

Re: divorce

Divorce by mutual consent is the best solution but ask them to try to compro if possible as breaking is easy than preventing or restoring.
