divorce and living with another women

I am 55+ year man. my wife left me and living in a saparate house in same city. I am an Anaesthesialogist and she is a gyncologist. We have no children. She deserted me three years ago. I have filed a pitition in family court for divorce under section 27 of special mariage act, cruilty to husbend, this is a slow and painfull process. It has been going on for last two and half years.

I have met an another lady who is willing to come and live with and once I comeout of the court I can get married to her. Is Livingtougther is it legally allowed. Can police give any trouble to me or the person living with me. What precaustion should I take with regard to police. Please answer this question to me.

There is no law which prevents you from living with any other lady apart from your wife.However you cannot get married till the divorce decree is passed
