Legal Question in Family Law in India

We want Divorce on mutual consent, can you please tell me what are the grounds by which we can opt for the same. Also this is to mention that we are living together with no kid but now its been difficult to stay together for some or the other circumstances, but due to our family we are staying together without any maritial relations.

Please advice

Well,For mutual applied Divorce.

There will not be much hurdles to get.

But,you should be separated for minimum one year both is mandatory.

This may be after applying the divorce in court also.

You do not need to take any ground for "mutual divorce". However, one year's separate living is required under Section 13 - B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
