i want divorce from my wife. i am afraid that she will put false dowry charges on me and my family. how do i proceed?

as you intend to divorce her, you may also include your fear in your pleadings in divorce that she is capable of putting false allegations against you or your family members and you may also state on oath, her conduct since marriage. this may help you in case she files any false dowry case against you in future.
