Re: Divorce

You have legal right to see and visit your child.

You may file case of restitution of conjugal right to bring back your wife and if you do not want than file case of divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion

You may file case for restitution of conjugal right in order to bring back your wife and by way of said case at least your picture will get clear in relation to intention of your wife and then accordingly take steps/other leagal recourses.By this step the truth will also come to the knowledge of people to whom your father-in-law is talking ill against you.

Re: Divorce

Nothing will happend on propaganda.

If you want to see your child and getting him back you can file Guardian wards Petition.

Regarding divorce it is left to your choice and you have to remidied i.e., filing Petition for Divorce or for restitution of conjugal rights.

if you give 10 lakhs for divorce that will not stop the right of maintenance.
