my wife is asking for 4 lakh rupees for divorc for three years sh e is staying seprate for me and she dont want to stay with me has iam a middle class family iam doin a job monthy salaryy is rs 3000 so what i can do i also have agirl child which is 6 yrs old right now she is staying at her mother house she does not to live with my family in my family i have lost my father six years back we are three member in the family in 2008 march ihave filed a sepratatin petion in family court against it she failed against me my mother brother domestic yoilence act my mother is suffering from sycritic promblem she has been adimmited in hospital for three times she has taken heir satri dham one year back but still she is claming for that so what i can do in this case she has also climed for porperty stake which is in my mother name kindly me what to do

she is not entitled to any share in property of your mother.

she is only entitled to maintenance as per your living standard based upon your income.

you will need to fight the domestic violence case on the basis of your facts and truth. there is possibility of some harrassment but you will need to bear that.

you should start sending some money every month for their maintenance - start at least with rupees one thousand per month to establish your bona fide.

you will need work hard and increase your earning capacity for the sake of your daughter.

she has no right over the personal property of your mother.the alimony is always decided on the income of the husband.
