Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is it possible to get the divorce with in 1 year as i got married just 1 month back and my wife needs a divorce immediately..even iam not intrested in her and like to go for mutual divorce...

As i fear she may go for dowry harassments case against me if she wait for 1 year..is there any solution that iam out the fear of dowry harassments and file a pet ion in the court of divorce.

even if divorce by mutual consent is filed, six months waiting is there and in your case, the divorce cannot be filed before completion of one year of marriage. you may have to move an application for waiving one year period.
