Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a divorcee and has now married to a widow having a son of 14 years old. My doubt is that is there any seperate document to be made to have the guardianship(legal fatherhood) of the son? We are hindus living in chennai, native of kerala

Your husband is the step father of your son and no adoption or guardianship required.
