my cousin got married to a girl with the willing of all elders. on the first night the girl disclosed that she is having affair with another boy. she is not interested to live with my cousin.we want to get compensation for the expenses incurred by us. what is your advise

It is perfect case of cheating and fraud, you can file complaint.
You can also claim compensation for mental torture etc. by filing suit.

forget compensation; make her agreeable for divorce by mutual consent; if she agrees, good for u; she may refuse, claim maintenance and cause more trouble. law is on her side.
