dowry case

Respected sir,

My aunty put an wrong dowry case with my whole family. My mummy and my uncle was in Bail. Both of husband and wife were not compromise.

my question is?

1. I was hear that in dowry case, there are three types of case has been held in law? Is it true or not?

2.I am afraid that she will put an another dowry case with my family

Is there any possible?

3. suppose, If my aunty was given an another dowry case. How can we escape?

you didnt mention your case pertains to which state. nowadays dowry cases are not that severe and the bail can be granted on conditions.

Nobody has any right to debar any person from availing the legal remedy given by statue.

If the matter is false and you think that you may be implicated in false case then you may complain to police

Your apprehension is baseless.Since dowry case has already been filed hence another case on same facts and circumstances can not be filed.It is well settled law that a person can not be vexed twice for same crime/offence.So donot worry and be happy.
