i am elder of my house. i had brother who died 7 years ago. he had wife, 1 daughter & 1 son. i am feeding them for all these years. now his wife married 7 months back against family wish & staying there. i am feeding children. now she is coming to our house again & children want to make him guardian. in court they have accepted her guardian. my property is in name of my mother. will both children get share in property?

1. if property is your self earned then they cannot demand anything.
2. if property is earned by your mother then she can make any will.
3. If property is ancestral then they can demand their share then property will be devided in shree shares, one for you, one for your mother and one share for children.
