My elder sister has married before 10 yrs and she always beated by her husband and now her husband and his family expelled her from house with two children. She is staying with us since last one month. We went to police station for register complaint but they didnt give any responce to us. Now we are in very critical situation. She want to file complaint against him and his family.

you may file a complaint in the crime against women cell and also file a domestic violence complaint in the court and file a complaint u/s 125 crpc for seeking maintenance for yours sister and children.
