i feel a petion for my child custody a notice is send to my wife house but balif written that now a days she is not staying that address.even i win the case undre RCR but she is not ready to come .what should i do her parents r nott allowing me to meet my kid.so i have filed a case for custody of my kid.

you need to find her first to serve the summons upon her for custody and also for execution of decree of RCR.
