can i file a case against my wife boyfriend in delhi under section 497
our marriage held on aprl 2010 in delhi
my wife live at faridabad her boss also at faridabad they spend 3 days in hotel at noida. i have all proofs of their illegal relation. before and after marriage.
i live in delhi at present
in which court i can file case .
now my wife live at faridabad and with her parents and still works in co with her boyfriend

The case would be filed where the adulterous act took place and in this case it is noida.
