I want to file domestic violence case in jaipur against my husband so that atleast i can get a shelter how much time it will take in results i am so much exausted need help, can he'll be able to get one side divorce ,he filed all the false things in divorce petition what ever he did to me ,he filed everything i did to him he knew all things he mentioned was false

u have to defend the case of divorce and Domestic violence will not take much time coz it is time bound.

where has he filed the divorce petition, in jaipur or somewhere else. do contest that petition and at the same time, file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek residence, maintenance and compensation orders.
