I filed for an annulment of marriage a few years ago and the decision went in my favour earlier this year. Now that my marriage has been annuled, can it turn into a divorce after some time has elapsed?

Once your marriage is annuled, it means that your marriage does not exist. Hence there is no need for you to apply for divorce. Details will be required as to where you have got the annulment from? If its Church Annulment then a court decree is required.
