Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have already filed a case under section 498(2) and FIR also have been lauged on 8 august but till today there is no responce from any side police is not showing any kind of intrest, is there vany law that bound my husband to stay with me or not to divorce me as i am all alone and don't have any income source

You are entitled to seek maintenance from him. He is legally bound to provide you sufficient money for your support as per his standard of living.
