Legal Question in Family Law in India

we have filed for divorce via mutual consent and custody of children is with me.but the terms are ambigious.can i demand sole custody.

u may apply to court but it depends upon court about custody.

in mutual divorce the ambiguous terms have to be resolved mututally. yes, you be the sole custodian.
