I had filed rcr case u/s 9 in up, case is going on.There is possibility that my wife file transfer petition in supream court for transfer the case in Delhi.What r the precautions i should take care for not transfering the case?what is the caveat?

If you file a caveat in the supreme court, then when your wife files a transfer petition in the supreme court, you will be served with a notice of thesame well in advance. Then you can even oppose the grant of stay on the first day of hearing itself. You may visit www.karvai.in for further information.
