i have filed RCR for getting my husband back as due to parents he dont want to continue his 6 month back arya samaj marriage. can without my consent can he get divorce as i dont want that he be able to do second marriage if he does not accept me back

Without giving you notice / summons and a chance to reply to his petition etc, the court will not grant him divorce.

Yes he can file a petition for a contesting Divorce .
