Filing a divorce case
My brother got married last year in Sihor(Gujarat) & marriage was registered in mumbai(bandra). Now his wife has left the house with her parents. She has written a note that she is leaving house because of diiferences with her husband.
Now where can she file divorce case.

She can file it in the state of Gujarat or Mumbai.

it is too early to think of divorce; you should make efforts to assuage her feelings and bring her back.
