Legal Question in Family Law in India

My friend "A" has USA citizan ( Originally he has Indian but now USA give a citizan) & his age 20 year, now he has come INDIA and planning for marriage. My question is (1) he has marry as per Indian law when he has not Indian citizanship? (2) As per USA law he has marry? (3) Any problem in feture as per Indian law & USA law?

he can marry as per indian law and get the same registered here. thereupon, he may have to inform the american embassy here.

Being a person of Indian Origin, it is advisable for him to marry under the Special Marriages Act. There are no problems to marry under the Indian laws.

He can also marry in USA as per US laws; however, in case of divorce, he may have to part with 50% of his assets.
