i am a girl in how much time can i get divorce if alll the things are in favour of me and case is going in tiz hazari court,delhi under a v.good judge he had personal meeting in his chamber also to do thinghs early.i want divorce early.pls help me.is there any way.

as your husband does not want to divorce you, it would be difficult for you getting the divorce early as whatever be the outcome in tis hazari, you both have a right to appeal against the order to High Court and then Supreme Court. the contested divorce may linger on for years.
