Legal Question in Family Law in India
Good Afternoon!
I am living away from my wife since 14 months due to problems with her. Every month sending money for their livelihood along with rent from house in Hyderabad.
Last year in Nov 2010 onward we had arguments and misunderstandings between us till Feb 2011. we have 2 daughters 15 and 8 years aged. They both are staying with her in Hyderabad in my own house. My Passport is also with her from 1 year. I have lossed my career due to which i have been came out from her since. I complained in police station for my passport but the station in-charge is reluctant to take complaint. after i left the house there no contact after 15 days.i.e. from april 15th 2011 to till date. Now and than I was trying to contact but not lifting the phone.
Is it possible to apply for divorce or separation from her. Now i am staying in mumbai alone wihtout any permanant address. Please guide me to proceed further.

1. If you have sufficient grounds, you may seek divorce.
2. Any complaint to the police can also be made by registered post with copies to the higher authorities.
