i have heard that after mcd and receiving the decree a person still have 90 days to stop the divorce by filing appeal.
q1- is this correct ? is it applicable in mutual divorce too?
q2- if yes then is it an easy process?

No, divorce by mutual consent becomes final upon pronouncement of decree. in case of contested divorce, this condition is applicable.
