Hi,
I am not happy with my marriage and want a divorce. My wife agreed to give a divorce but due to pressure from parents she is now not ready for a divorce. Can i get a divorce without mutual consent. I was forced into this marriage and want to get out of it.Please help

You may file a petition for divorce as per grounds available to you. But mutual consent divorce is the best way out.

Yes you can file a petition for Divorce and let your wife contest the same.
