Hindu undivided family

I have created a huf by way of gift from my father . I my self as karta , my wife and my minor duaghter are member of huf. I want to start a proprieotrship busines on behalf of huf .

1. Can i make a general power of attroney in favour of another member of huf i.E my wife to run day to day business .

2. Can my wife operate bank current account of huf's proprietorship business.

Please help me in this regard.

You may even change the Karta to any other member of the HUF

You may be entitled to execute GPA and also authorize your wife to operate the bank account by giving appropriate instructions to your Bank.
