my house is in name of my mom my dad and me its a tenancy home and my dad is sixty my mom died 4 yrs back, and now he wants to get remarried, i dont want a step mom , as i already have my wife and 1 child , we all are in a joint family in 1 home. do i have any right in the home or my fathers right is more than me
