Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a housewife with two children aged2.5yr n 1yr old girls,my husbad always torture me mentally n emotionaly in name of my parents that they should not come n see my children n should not touch etc.he has brought a house i bombay where his brother leaves i askd him to atleast take rent but he thinks that i should not interfere in his relatives matter he always torture me in name of my parents.i am tired of frequent fights which is creating negative effect on my children plz suggest shall i file for divorce petition.plzzzzz help

i personally feel that you have not reached at the point of seeking divorce. The issues are minor hiccups of matrimonial relation. You have to buid up a balance between your husband and parents. You have to see if you otherwise accept husband personality then the adjustment is your call. More you adjust with your husband's thought process more sweet the family life would be. You must not forget that your children are at a very sensitive age. Your seperation from your husband is certainly going to affect their growth. Do not deprive your children of their mother and father love by getting divorce or seperated. It is painful for children which normally they do not share. These adjustments are part of marriage.
