if the husband complies with every term mentioned in the settlement in mutual conent divorce, can the wife appeal after the second decree? how long does one have to wait to remarry after getting the divorce in mumbai?

Yes within 30 days from the second decree. Thereafter remarriage can be done if no such appeal is filed by either party
