My husband has denied giving money for household purposes and is threatening me to vacate the house saying it is a rented accomodation and he plans to live in his native place which is a rural area
where i do not want to live seeing future of my child.Can he force me to vacate the house?
I am a housewife and has no source of income.

No, he cannot force you to vacate the house; you may obtain an injunction order against him seeking a direction to pay the house rent.
You may seek his criminal prosecution also for "cruelty" being committed against you.
Besides, you may pursue your remedies under the P.O.W. D.V.A.
