1. Then what will happen
2. what will be the time duration to complete the case
3. no proof of items residing with husband but he had no where mentioned in petition that wife has taken away the articles

If husband has filed false petition, it for the wife to prove it is a false petition regarding for mutual settlement if husband is not ready for mutual settlement wife can approach to the court for his rights. She can file petition for maintenance from husband and even she can claim share in property as per DVC Act.
