can a husband remarry with another girl even devorce case is on table and refusing to give legal rights to first wife and what action to take if he marries and how shall we take action and how much punishment for such case?

dear client if husband marry other girl while divorce is going on then his first wife can file case of bigamy against him. if bigamy proved he will be punished up to five years imprisonment. for any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 7350245883

No he cannot. Punishment, if proved - can be up-to 7 years as well as payment of fine. In addition to that the Second Marriage would be void.
