iam kartas son ,my father are 4 brothers,now we are dividing the property into 4 parts,but my uncles 2 sons(uncle dead) wants us to keep ours and theirs property in huf as my father is karta.but iam doubting that in case my father dies then how will be the property divided ,50% my and 50% two uncles sons or three equal parts.

Normally the uncle's share of property will go to his sons and you will get your father's share.
