mere exchanging of emails and talking is no ground to prove adultery. you need to elaborate the incidents in order to convince the court for a decree. streedhan is personal property of a wife and she can claim irrespective of the fact that she is living in adultery.

1. Ex parte decision can not be given unless the other party refuses to appear despite a valid service.

2. The wife is entitled to claim her istridhan.

3. There is no illicit relationship in the given facts. You will need to collect more proofs. Talking and e-mailing to many persons is not wrong or illegal.
