Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have invested money in the residential house which is registered in my husband's name.but i have no documentory evidence for that investment. now we are going for seperation. since i am working & have other property in my mother & my name jointly , do i have a claim in my husband's house?please advice.

in case you have invested money in husband's property, you may claim a stay against the property and recover your investment but u need documentary proofs for that. otherwise, you can seek orders of residence in that property.
