Re: last name

In the Society, every thing does not come under the framing of law. Law is to regulate the Society or the social needs of the human being. It is a general practice that the wife changes her last name after marriage and there is no such law. There are many instances where a person is in job before marriage and he/she continues the job after marriage, she does not change the last name but it is equally in the interest of the wife to change her last name so that in case of any ill being it could be easily considered for nomination and other legal purposes.
