i left my in laws house bare footed in just two clothes in front of the police . In the statement which i had given to the io of that thana who came there he didn't write that i'm going bare handed. but after a day or sat i got my car through the police station only there in the application i wrote that i'm taking only car rest everything is in my in laws custody and husband signed on that that he has returned back the car . now he has applied for the divorce case in which he has mentioned that i , his wife collected all the gold hit his mother and went off ........however police was present at that moment obviously nothing such happened. pls suggest will get my jewellery back ....and yes i have all bills and pics of the jewellery and did'nt have any personal locker ....i have filed dv case before the divorce case filed by my husband ...and we also have case going on in caw ....pls tell abt jewellery ...pls help

this question is a repeat question. You have very strong evidence of receiving only car and nothing else. Use these evidence when you reach the stage of evidence. till then have patience. Mere fact that the divorce petition alleges that you have carried all the gold jewellery does not by itself prove so. You will have your turn. But you must deny the allegation when you file your reply to divorce petition.
You may pursue your criminal complaint u/s 406 IPC with availabe evidence.
