Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m a hindu married girl deserted by NRI husband for 3.5 yrs.so my DV case is in court

i m applying for govt job for which i have to appear in competitive exams this yr. that will be held in delhi.

to sit for these competitive exams we have to fill our marital status in the prescribed form as unmarried, married, separated or divorced

so what shud i mentionl my marital status as,so that i m not accused of providing wrong info?

let me state once again that there's no LEGAL OR MUTUAL SEPARATION b/w us as i m deserted by him.
