Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Mahi. I have one son and 1 daughter; I am living alone with my daughter and son is in husband�s custody. My I have applied divorce on 25.01.2012 at Principle District Court Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. They sent summon to my husband and he attended to the case on 27.04.2012 after that he didn�t attend the case but I have attended the case for 4 times without fail. Finally Court issued the order for divorce on 24.08.12.

1.What kind of issues will come from my husband side and how can I face the problems?

2. Can I go for marry?

Dear client u have to wait for second marriage for 90 days from date of order of divorce. yr husband can challenge divorce order in high court. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

If your do not appear again then the court would proceed exparte and grant your Exparte divorce .
