My maternal uncle and aunt were not living togather past more than 25years but they were not legally divorced.After my uncles sudden death my aunt wants her share in property which my mom is only heir as my uncle never had children and other sibblings.The property is named on my maternal grandfather and he is also no more. is she eligible to get the whole property?

Yes. She enjoys the status of a "lawful widow' and is entitled to inherit her husband's property.
