You may approach the court and file a petition for divorce. But you have to prove the ground what you urged in the Petition. Initial burden is upon you to prove the case.

once you have decided .. consult a lawyer and issue her a legal notice to that effect! all thing will proceed later.. the lawyer will guide you to file the divorce papers!

Only advise possible is you engage an advocate. You can file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

this is not the time to take divorce... 10 years of marriage and now u have two children also ... what are u thinking??

live seperately for few days and then immediately go for a honeymoon type tour and i think that everything will be fine.

if that dont work then go to some marriage counseller and take counselling.
