Hi, I am NRI, when I was in India I filed petition in Delhi high court for reconsidering Interim order of maintenance. In my absence my Layer has withdrawn the petition without my concern. How can I restore and Can I file a suite against lawyer in basis of RTI (Right to Inform).

in case the petition was withdrawn without your express consent, you may simply move an application before the court concerned for restoration of the petition for maintenance.
