such straight jacket forms may be of no use when the petition is present before the judge. it is advisable to get the petition drafted and filed through a lawyer.

No don't take risk as the drafts may not be reliable or may not suit to the facts of your case. Engage a lawyer if you don't have sufficient knowledge of law and procedure.
