If both parties agree for divorce can divorce be obtained through Lok Adalat within one year of marriage?

dear client u cannot claim divorce within one year of marriage though both parties are ready for it. lok adalat has not power to grant divorce. u have to file divorce in family court. don't remain in any misconception. for any legal doubt call me on 9422611385

divorce cannot file within the one year of the marriage except the special circumstances. lokadalat has no power to grant divorce. for furtutr quary you may contact with a lawyer or with me if you think fit.
