If police after investigation asked the inlaws to return the stridhan to girl in 406 IPC, but if inlaws did not return them what is the next procedure to get them not to prolong the case as it takes years and years and i am facing the same in the other cases such as DV and 498A..if i ask for the search warrant if i didnt get them in their house and lockers what to do? please advice
