Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a question regarding domestic violence case.

1) what happens if the husband refused the summons in DV case sent by the court.

2) in case husband took the summons .but he is not coming to court. what happens in this case?

Pls help me out.

1) The court may issue his NBW and direct the police to produce him.

2) The court may proceed ex parte and pass appropriate orders.

in case the acceptance report is there in the court file, in that situation, your lawyer may plead for issuance of NBWs against the husband.
