We both r Christians my wife sent me Notice u/s, 10(ix) of Divorce Act 1869 praying for a decree of divorcee, We both separated in 2006 with notary agreement which is not valued I learnt is now. What should I do i need divorcee fast? Explain me the procedure and steps please guide me,

you belongs to which place plz provide your location, in similar situation, i got my client decree of divorce within 5 months (wife did not appear).
But if u both agreed then you may get it done within a weak or at the most in a month.

you may go for divorce by mutual consent.

File a petition for divorce by mutual consent as more than 2 years separation is already there.
