Legal Question in Family Law in India

I received the divorce copy. It has the court seal but not the judge's signature. Is this copy valid?

The certified copies are issued by the copying branch and may not carry original signatures of the judge. However, if you want to be sure about signature by the judge on original judgement, you may file an application for "inspection" of record and see the original.
